Need to Return?


Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date. Returns will not be accepted if postmarked after the 10 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) cannot be worn, washed or damaged. It must still have the original tags on, if applicable.

Any items listed as FINAL SALE are non-returnable. All jewelry and accessories are final sale.

We cannot provide exchanges due to our limited stock. If you would like a different size, we would suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued upon receipt.

To return your product, please email support@hazelandmae.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
